In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, then we shall provide similar alternate properties, change in the cost if any will be advised.

Passport copies of all the passengers are must to initiate the booking.

We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights & acts or forces of nature.

PAYMENT POLICY:

• The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be the prevailing rate on the day/date of Payment ( + 01 rupee will be applicable on the ROE ).
• The Rate of Exchange (R.O.E) will be calculated from xe.com.
• After we receive confirmation from the agent on mail, we shall block hotel rooms.
• Once the rooms are blocked a certain C.O.D (Cut-off date) is given by the hotel, before which the agent has to clear 100% hotel amount.
• 100% amount must be cleared 21 days before guest arrival in Bali.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All cancellations must be made in writing by the agent. We will not regard a booking as cancelled until we receive an email regarding cancellation from the agent’s official email id.
• The following cancellation fee  will be applicable, in regards with the number of days prior to departure that cancellation is received:
• Cancellation fee will be fully charged for NO – SHOW or Early Departure, FIT / GIT for guaranteed room booking.
• Should a cancellation be received  20 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged.
• 21-30 Days prior to arrival – 50% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.
• 30-45+ Days prior to arrival 75% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.
