DETAILED  ITINERARY

DAY  1 :- Arrival at Port Blair

Pickup from Veer SavarkarAirport, our representative will be waiting outside holding a placard with your name on it and transferred by a private Air-Conditioned Vehicle to the hotel include baggage handling. After reaching to the Hotel our company’s representative will assist to do Hotel Check in formalities. After a short time for leisure have lunch visit to .Carbyn’s Cove Beach– 7kms from Port Blair – a coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking & bathing + Visit Cellular Jail followed by the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive + Overnight stay at Port Blair Hotel.

DAY  2 :-  Port Blair – Havelock

Early morning we proceed to Havelock Island by Cruise. On arrival in Havelock Island, Meet and greet by our Travel escortand Transfer to Hotel in Havelock Island, Check in – Relax  and then Visit the Tourist Point of Havelock Island in Radha Nagar Beach No. 7 is one of the most popular beaches on Havelock and was named “Best Beach in Asia” by Time Magazine in 2004. Return from there and Overnight stay in Havelock Hotel.

DAY   3:- Havelock  Kalapattar beach

After breakfast Kalapathar beach is a long stretch of white silky sand with big black rocks beside the blue sea. It is situated on one corner of Havelock and is a continuation of beach No. 5. The beach can get a bit crowded in high season, but if you walk further to the south you’ll find yourself completely alone. There is a small lodging path through the green jungle, where once was an elephant training camp, but nowadays all you’ll find is a secluded beach.The water is deep enough to swim and it is not affected by tides. There are some rocks and corals so do take care while going into the water. Kalapathar offers a couple of umbrellas and wooden chairs. There is also a small picnic area with trash bins set in the shade of the trees. In season locals sell fresh coconuts and mango juices, but there are no other facilities. Evening free you can spend time at you property beach  Overnight stay in Havelock Hotel.

DAY   4 : – Havelock to  – Port Blair

After breakfast check out from the hotel, Keep your luggage in the hotel cloak room then proceed to port blair  evening Local shopping + Overnight Stay at Port Blair Hotel.

DAY    5 :- Drop at Airport

After breakfast check out of the hotel. Day free for leisure. A/c cab will drop you to airport 02 hours before departure time. Tour ends with sweet memories.

• For cancellations received before 15 days or more – No refund.
• For cancellations received before 21 days or more – 50% will be refunded.
• For cancellations received before 30 days or more – 75% will be refunded.
• No refund for cancellation on bookings from 15 December to 15 January.
• No refunds for unused nights or early check-out..

• 3500/- Mandatory New Year’s Eve (31st Dec.) Gala Dinner Supplement per person· (12 years & above) at all Hotels  .

NOTE:-  All tour depend on whether condition

• We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of boats due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
• Some of the hotels will charge the cost of below 5 years child also. In our Tour package the cost of below 5 years child cost are not including. So if any where charges then you give direct payment of that place.
• The vehicle will be used as per contract & will change sector wise. If the vehicle is used beyond the

Tour timings, extra charges shall be applicable to be paid directly by the guest at Port Blair.

• If you delay to confirm your package and the cruise tickets of standard class are not available at the last movement then we go for the Upgrade class tickets and you have to pay for that upgrade class.
• If there is no availability of Cruise ticket at the last movement then we provide you the Govt. Ferry tickets in the MRP rate and Rs 100 will be charged for that.

If you confirm your package delay/at the last movement, it is very difficult to us to provide you hotels room which is mentioned by you, then we provide some other similar hotel room.

General info:

• Always carry a Photo ID card with you – especially when you are into Andamans.
• You’re going to be taking more photos than usual; you want to look your best. Pack Only The Best you have got.
• Evaluate the need for sun hats, scarves, bandanas, beach bag, sun glasses, belts and costume Jewellery.
• Consider your destination. Is the Resort Casual; is it formal or what plans do you have for dinner? All of this will help you know what you need to pack.
• Know your excursions. Have an idea of What You Plan on doing. For example, if you plan on riding down the beach at sunset, you are going to need pants or at the very least long shorts, in addition to shoes that won’t fly off.
• List Every Outfit you’d like to take, including jewelry and accessories, and then eliminate the ones that don’t combine with others.
• Analyze swimsuits/bikinis, scarves or bandanas, flip flops, sarongs, cover ups, underwear, jeans and plain shirts or t shirts for city excursions, little black dress for dinners and nights out.
• Carry, at least, One Day’s Change in your cabin baggage, especially while travelling on connecting flights. This will come handy in case of delay in arrival of check in baggage.
• A tiny Sewing Kit for quick patches
• A collapsible bag which doubles as a beach bag and a carry on for souvenirs collected along the way.
• Mini First Aid Kit for emergencies
• Reading material for delays and cancellations
• Laptops and Data Card for staying connected. Remember Only BSNL, Airtel& Vodafone Data Card works at Port Blair.
